Ms. Jillian Yanes is a Florida native born to Cuban immigrant parents. Since being admitted to the Florida Bar, Ms. Yanes has been dedicated to helping clients in all U.S. immigration matters, including naturalizations, Green Cards, Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals, Asylum and Family-Based Petitions. Having represented clients before the Immigration Court and the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), Ms. Yanes is an aggressive, understanding attorney that has assisted in both criminal and immigration related matters for her fellow community members. Ms. Yanes is also a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), The Hispanic National Bar Association and The Golden Gate Civic Association.
